Answer- Allclean Restoration does a full inventory of all your personal property. Items that cannot be cleaned or repaired may be replaced providing you have coverage through your insurance company. If we remove household items and clothing for cleaning, we will make every attempt to restore the item.
Answer- No. We ask the equipment placed at your home stays running 24 hours a day. If the equipment is turned off, this interrupts the drying process and will ultimately take longer to dry properly. Getting your home dried faster reduces the chance of mold and mildew growth.
Answer- The average dry out process takes between 2-5 days.
Answer- We use state of the art moisture detecting technology that specifically checks for moisture content. We do not move forward with repairs until the structure is completely dry.
Answer- We monitor the drying progress daily and may add or remove equipment. The moisture, humidity and temperature are documented.
